How do I find nutritional information or calories for Disneyland food and snacks?

    Hiya Julia!

Thanks so much for your question! I totally understand wanting to keep an eye on your nutrition while you're in the parks. Are you walking a lot during the day? Yes. Does that mean you want to live on turkey legs and ice cream? Probably not, if you're anything like me.

Unfortunately, the Disneyland Resort does not publish nutritional information at this time. I'm sorry! If you have questions related to specific medical issues then I recommend checking out the Disneyland Special Dietary Requests page to look at the resources there for guests. One good option for you might be no-sugar-added desserts (I have ordered several, they are delicious) or plant-based items. You can always ask a Cast Member at a dining location if you need ideas for managing carbs, sodium, and fat, or if you're looking for smaller portions.

I have found some favorite snacks and meals over the years that help me to recharge and keep feeling good! You might try:

    • Bengal Barbecue in Disneyland Park. This is a great spot for a high-protein boost and fresh veggies. So good!
    • While many go to Plaza Inn for the fried chicken, they also have a great chopped salad and a delicious salmon dish.
    • My all-time favorite park treat is DOLE Whip! The fruit flavors are dairy-free, which keeps this treat light and refreshing.
    • I love the Spaghetti Aglio Olio at Wine Country Trattoria. Sometimes you just need some pasta to keep you going in the parks!
Most dining locations will have a salad option (I like to ask for dressing on the side) and there are plenty of fruit carts across both parks for a quick, fresh snack. You're welcome to bring some snacks of your own, too! I often pack easy things like grapes, carrots, crackers, and sometimes even some yogurt with an ice pack (no loose ice, that isn't allowed). Plenty of water will keep you feeling good, too!

I'm sorry I wasn't able to give you exactly what you needed, Julia. Hopefully these ideas will still help you feel great as you explore the parks!

    Keep moving forward!
