where do i find my disneyland tickets that i purchased?

    Hi Danielle,

Welcome to planDisney! It looks like you have a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth on the books for next month. First things first, let's make sure those tickets are where they need to be to ensure a smooth entry into the parks! There are a few places we can look, so let's dive right into the search.

If you purchased the tickets on the Disneyland website, you would have been asked to create an account, which will help us to locate your tickets. If you haven't already, I recommend downloading the Disneyland Mobile App and logging in with the same information you used to create your account on the website. Once you are in the app, navigate to the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and select "My Tickets & Passes". I'm very hopeful that your tickets will be right here waiting for you! If you have purchased more than one ticket, you can scroll left to see every ticket you are holding in your account. If you don't see anything in here, don't worry. Let's try another method.

You should have received a purchase confirmation email once you completed the checkout process. If you pop into your inbox and search for "Disneyland Reservations", it should magically appear! If you scroll down the email, you should see a "Theme Park Confirmation Number" for each ticket purchased. You'll want to make note of these as we head back into the app as you will use these numbers to link the tickets to your account. If it's easier to cut and paste them from the email, you can also link them to your account on the Disneyland website by logging in and navigating to the "My Disneyland" tab and selecting "Link Tickets and Passes". Here, you can just paste each ticket number individually to link, and you should be all set! In a similar process, head to the same "My Tickets & Passes" section in the app as we did before. This time, tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner, select "Link Tickets & Passes" and choose "Type ID". This is where you will manually enter each ID to link them to your account.

I sure hope we've found those tickets, Danielle, and set you up for a successful park day! If, for some reason, you still aren't seeing them in your account, I recommend calling Guest Services with your ticket confirmation numbers handy. They will be happy to help!

As you are planning out your visit, I always recommend taking a look at the Park Hours and Entertainment Schedule to help map out your day (and night if you are planning to catch any nighttime spectaculars!). This is where you will find park opening and closing times, along with any special offerings and entertainment planned for that day, subject to change. You'll also be able to see any attractions or dining establishments that are closed for refurbishment. While this may not be the most pixie-dusted news to discover, I do think it helps manage magical expectations!

Danielle, I hope these tips and tricks are helpful in your planning. No matter how your day unfolds, you are in for a magical visit filled with unforgettable memories. If you have any more questions, you know where to find us here at planDisney.

    See ya real soon!
