How can I find out if I still have days left on non-expiring tickets?

    Hi Lori!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!

It sounds like you're planning an upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! How awesome would it be to discover you still have valid park admission on some "vintage" tickets? I'm so happy to tell you that Walt Disney World continues to honor all unexpired Theme Park Tickets with remaining days of admission on them. Disney's non-expiring tickets were an option that allowed guests to purchase theme park tickets that would not lose unused days over time. While this option is no longer available for new ticket purchases, those who previously bought non-expiring tickets can still use their remaining days.

Here's what you'll need to do to check the validity of your tickets:

    • Contact Disney Guest Services - You can reach out to Disney Guest Services by phone or by using this online email form. Make sure to select "Existing Ticket Inquires" as the subject line.
    • Be prepared to provide details about your tickets, such as ticket numbers or any other identifiers that can help describe your tickets. Having the physical ticket or a picture of the ticket number will be very helpful, as you will likely need to provide this information regardless of which method you use to check your ticket status.
I hope this helps, and I hope you discover unused days on those tickets that can save you some money on an upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Sending pixie dust your way!
