Hey howdy hey, Drew!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for dropping by with a great question about
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets. You've come to the right place - I'm here to help you understand your options for unused
theme park admission to The Most Magical Place on Earth. You've got a friend in me!
Drew, I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to use your theme park tickets as planned. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are
nonrefundable. However, I'm happy to inform you that you may be able to
change the date of a date-based theme park ticket for use in the future! Additionally, if you're unable to use your theme park ticket before it expires, you may apply the value paid for your unused, expired ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket. To complete this transaction, you'll want to give the friendly Cast Members at the
Existing Tickets phone line a quick call. Alternatively, this could be done on-site at the Walt Disney World Resort, at any theme park ticket booth or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs!
While it sounds like you won't be able to visit this week as planned, I do hope you're able to make it to The Most Magical Place on Earth this year, Drew. There's so much to see and do at the Walt Disney World Resort in 2024! This year's
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival (my personal favorite EPCOT festival) brings bountiful blooms to the Walt Disney World Resort beginning in late February. Then, later this year,
Tiana's Bayou Adventure will welcome its first Guests at Magic Kingdom Park. I hope to be among those splashing down at this reimagined attraction by the end of this year!
I hope this information helps you to utilize your theme park admission on a future visit, Drew. If you have any additional questions, or when you're ready to start planning your next Disney Destinations vacation, revisit us right here at
planDisney. We're here to help with any question you have - to infinity and beyond!
So long partner,
Lauren
