Disney MagicMobile Service is a game changer for my family of four. I love being able to double tap into the magic using only my mobile devices, like my cell phone and Apple Watch. I’m no tech guru, but I‘ll tell you what I’ve learned from my own experiences with the My Disney Experience App.
When you open your My Disney Experience App, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Select “Disney MagicMobile.” You will need to select every Guest who you would like to create a MagicMobile Pass for, not just the lead person on the reservation. Once you’ve selected all of your fellow Mouseketeers, select the option at the bottom of the screen to add the passes to your device’s wallet.
If your problem is that your party isn’t showing up on the list of Guests to create a pass for, then you’ll want to double check that they are all on your
Family & Friends list. To link them, log into your My Disney Experience account online, and then select “My Family & Friends” You’ll then “Add Guest” or “Invite This Guest to Connect.”
