Hiya, Roberta, and welcome to planDisney! Your
Walt Disney World Resort visit is HERE, so let's jump in to ensure everyone in your party has their
Theme Park Tickets linked correctly. Here we goooo!
I chatted with a helpful Cast Member who said the first step is to make sure all the account holders are linked through
Family & Friends in your
My Disney Experience accounts. You can check this on the mobile app by tapping My Profile and then choosing the Family & Friends List tab to see who is linked.
If someone is missing from the list, scroll to the blue Add a Guest plus sign and follow the instructions. You might need email addresses to send invitations, and once any outstanding invitations are accepted, you should be ready to share plans and tickets.
Children who other adults in your party manage should also automatically be shared. If they aren't, the Cast Member said to double-check the Sharing Plans status of the adult who manages the child. Just click on the adult from your Family & Friends list and scroll to choose the All My Plans option.
Once everyone is linked in Family & Friends and sharing plans, you can go into each ticket, tap Reassign Ticket, and choose a child from the dropdown menu. If the parents already manage the child's account, they'll be in charge of the child's ticket once the ticket is assigned to their child.
If you need help, please call the
My Disney Experience helpline at (407) 934-7639. They will happily walk you through these steps to get your group to the magic!
I'm sprinkling pixie dust and thinking happy thoughts so your visit is Peter Pan perfect, Roberta! I know you'll make some magical memories. Please
stop by planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
