Hi Danielle!
I hope you had the most magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. Now that you're back home, let's walk through the process to download all your Disney PhotoPass memories.
You should be able to view your photos right from the
My Disney Experience app. Head to the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right of the screen, then scroll down a bit to the "Disney PhotoPass" section below "My Visit." Click "Photo Gallery" to see all the images captured during your visit, including photos taken with
Disney PhotoPass photoographers around the parks and select
attraction photos (if you were wearing a MagicBand+ or had a Bluetooth-enabled mobile device available during your ride). I walked another guest through the process of
locating missing photos, which you might want to review if you happen to notice any special moments missing from your gallery.
You'll likely notice watermarks over the images, but not to worry! You'll just need to activate your
Memory Maker purchases to remove them, and then you'll be free to download and share.
Check out some helpful how-tos on activating Memory Maker here. Once your images are watermark-free, you can download them individually from the app or via a desktop computer. I prefer downloading from my computer as it lets me save everything in one go, instead of downloading each individual photo.
To download your full gallery,
sign in on the Disney PhotoPass website, hover over a single image, and click the checkbox in the top right corner of the photo. Next, click the box to "download all visible media," which will appear below the header towards the top right of the screen. Be sure to view and download all your images before they expire 45 days from the date of capture.
Danielle, I hope this helps! If you still have trouble locating your images or need further technical support, please come back to planDisney and let us know. You can also reach out to
PhotoPass support by phone.
Magic and memories,
Amy
