We are going to Disneyland and I am wanting to connect my husband and daughter my account for the Disneyland App because I have all the information. I have my husband linked to our hotel reservation but that is all he can see.

Greetings, Amy, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for bringing your question to us and how exciting for all of you that you have a Disneyland Resort vacation coming up next month! Are you all set with your park and dining reservations? Thankfully, it's really easy to link your tickets together and it would be my pleasure to show you how.

First of all, it sounds like you already have the Disneyland Mobile App downloaded to your phone, which is great. If all the information is connected to your account, I'm guessing that you want to share this information with them so they may see their tickets in their App. Just know that there are some limitations to this feature. For instance, even after their tickets are shared, dining reservations and Enchanting Extras are still only visible to the primary account holder (i.e., the Guest who originally made the reservations) and will not be visible to them even though their tickets are linked.

Have them open the Disneyland Mobile App and press the "☰" Features Menu at the bottom. Scroll down until they see "Link to Account." Once they select that, have them open the camera function on their phone in order to scan the bar code from their tickets which may be displayed on your phone. This can also be done on a browser at the Disneyland website. Pull down the menu under "My Disneyland" and select "Link Tickets."

Are there any Star Wars fans in your family? You'll be visiting over Season of the Force and there are all sorts of Star Wars themed foods available throughout the Resort. Did you happen to see that humongous Galactic Creation in the lobby of Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa? That by itself is worth the visit and a picture!

Amy, I hope that this was helpful information for you. I wish you and your family a truly magical visit to the Disneyland Resort and please stop by planDisney again if you have more questions. We'd be thrilled to be able to help you again!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
