We were at Disneyland in November 2025 and received a disability pass. On line it states that the pass is good for 1-year. How do we link this to our tickets for our upcoming trip this month? Can this be done beforehand or do we go to Guest Services?

Welcome back to planDisney, Lisa! I am happy to answer your question so you can be all set for your trip this month.

I do have an important clarification for you about the Disability Access Service (DAS) program. When you are approved for DAS, that approval is valid for either the length of your ticket or one year, whichever is shorter. This potentially means that if you were approved for DAS in November 2025 and visited with tickets linked in the program during that time, then your inclusion in DAS will have expired. If that is the case, then you will need to reapply for the DAS program for your upcoming trip.

Before reapplying, I'd recommend confirming whether your DAS approval is still active. If your inclusion in DAS was not part of your November 2025 visit, and instead will be part of this upcoming trip, then your access should already be linked in your Disneyland app. To locate it, open the app and click on the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner. On the next screen, you should see a tile marked “Disability Access Service.” This will be your hub for using DAS while in the parks!

If you do not see that tile, or want to confirm that your DAS access was linked to your November visit, then I would recommend calling Guest Services to speak with a Cast Member. They will be able to review your account and help you determine your next steps!

Lisa, I hope this information helps you get more clarity before your next visit. A visit to the Disneyland Resort should be filled with joy and memories, and we at planDisney are always ready to help you make that a reality.

    Enjoy your visit!
