Does Disney have a preferred provider for ECVs

    Hello Kathleen!

I'm delighted to provide you with more information on accessing Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) at the Walt Disney World Resort. For added convenience, ECVs are available for rent at all Walt Disney World theme and water parks and at Disney Springs. If you opt for a daily rental, you can use the ECV at any of these locations with a single payment for the day.

Now, if you're looking for an ECV for the duration of your stay, ScooterBug is the designated Disney Featured Provider. Choosing ScooterBug comes with some perks for Disney Resort hotel Guests. Notably, the guest does not need to be present during the equipment delivery to the Resort hotel. ScooterBug coordinates with Disney Resort Cast Members to handle the smooth delivery and return of rented ECVs, and wheelchairs.

This collaboration ensures a hassle-free experience for Guests requiring mobility assistance throughout their stay at the Disney Resort hotel. It's all about making your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Don't forget to check out Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities

I hope you have a fantastic stay!
