Hi! I'd like to know if there is a list of rides I should avoid because of back problems at MK, AK, EPCOT and HS, just preventive measures. I know I have to avoid the bumpy ones, but is there a list? thanks

Hola Isabel! And welcome back to planDisney! I always love hearing from you and helping you plan your next amazing vacation.

I'm sorry to hear about your back problems. But hey, I'm super excited to know that you'll be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth in just a couple of weeks! I'm here to help you with all the details on how to make sure each ride is perfectly safe and enjoyable for you.

My first tip is to make sure to check out rides that don't have a height requirement. During one of our visits, my wife and I found out that she was pregnant, and we wanted to make sure we avoided anything that might pose a risk. She was really excited to try out new attractions like Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, but she was a little worried about how bumpy it might be. Luckily, we found out this ride had no height restrictions, so we felt more comfortable going on it.

But here's the best tip: you can review the attraction warnings before your visit. It's super easy to do this on the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app. Simply search for the attraction you want to review and click 'Show Safety, Accessibility, and Guest Policies' on the website. On mobile, just select 'Accessibility and Other Information' while visiting any attraction page. This will give you a comprehensive review of all the warnings, which could include important information such as avoiding the ride if you have back problems.

You can also filter all the Attractions with warnings: head over to the Attractions page and click on 'All Filters.' Then, select 'Accessibility & Advisories' and click 'Show More Filters.' From there, scroll down to the 'Physical Considerations' section and select the options that work best for you. That way, you'll enjoy your favourite attractions safely and without any worries.

Isabel, I hope this helps and that you have the best time at The Walt Disney World Resort. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. It will be the pleasure of a lifetime to help you again.

    Cheers
    Nilson
