I had a Disney park ticket reimbursed last March due to my mom having a medical emergency on Disney property and my family not being able to go. I have until March 2024 to use it but how to I reserve the date and the park? I do not have an option to change

Hiya, Rebekah, and thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question. I'm so sorry that your family had some medical issues on your last Walt Disney World Resort visit, but I'm glad you plan to return for some magic. Let's look at how you can use that Theme Park Ticket next year!

I see that you'd like to plan a visit in February of 2024, so you're probably unable to make a Theme Park Reservation because they will not be needed after January 8 of next year. Most guests with date-based Theme Park Tickets will no longer need park reservations and can scan in at the park of their choice, subject to capacity.

I spoke to a friendly Cast Member who suggested you call Existing Tickets to confirm this information since I'm not sure of the exact ticket you have. They will be able to help you once they take a look at your account, so please have that ticket information handy when you call.

Visiting in February is such a beautiful time of year, Rebekah. The weather is typically mild, and sometimes the crowds are lighter. Although you might be between festivals, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for dates of the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts and the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Depending on your dates and length of stay, you might catch one of these delightful festivals. My favorite is the arts festival because of the colorful displays and interactive experiences.

Rebekah, I hope your next visit is practically perfect! Please stop by planDisney with questions because we love helping guests plan unforgettable trips.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
