Welcome to planDisney! I see that you sent this answer today and are probably facing the same issues that thousands are dealing with. Earlier this morning many were facing the same issues with the
My Disney Experience App and
Walt Disney World website and found payments were not working. I believe that around lunchtime it was all resolved with a few minor glitches here and there. I believe this issue could have occurred at Disneyland Resort as well!
I'm so sorry if you had some plans ruined by the technological glitches that occurred today. I suggest that you visit
Guest Relations as soon as possible if you continue to have issues or payment problems. Be patient as this seems to have been a big issue that thankfully has been resolved. The lovely Cast Members are reported to have been working hard to assist Guests and patience with them will go a long way.
My best tip with any purchases you make on the app is to take a screenshot showing the purchase or receipt. It will help when making disputes or if something is not working. I also take screenshots of my
Virtual Queue boarding group number. Sometimes things don't always work and having those screenshots has helped me prove my case if needed.
