I purchased a ticket for my niece. She will not be traveling with me. How do I send this ticket to her?

    Hey there, Sunday!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with an excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. Oh boy! It sounds like you're hoping to share some Disney magic with a family member! The only thing better than a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is sharing it with the ones you love. I'd be happy to chat about purchasing theme park admission for a friend or family member!

Sunday, it sounds like you've purchased a theme park ticket for your niece but won't be able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort with her. Not to worry! If you aren't already, you'll want to link up with your niece in My Disney Experience by connecting your profiles via your Family & Friends Lists. This will allow you to purchase theme park and special event admission for one another, include each other in dining reservations, and more! Once connected, you should be able to assign the ticket to your niece. This way, it'll show up in her My Disney Experience mobile app and be linked to her profile. She should be able to use any of her connected MagicBands or MagicBand+, a Disney MagicMobile pass, or a Key to the World card to enter the theme park with the linked admission!

Alternatively, if your niece is a minor and you've purchased her a theme park ticket exclusive to Florida residents, you'll need to verify your residency before she'll be permitted to use the ticket. If you've already completed digital residency verification online at the time of the ticket purchase, you're probably good to go! Otherwise, you'll need to visit a Guest Relations location at the Walt Disney World Resort for in-person verification before the ticket will be activated. Be sure to bring valid proof of Florida residency to complete this process.

Sunday, if you still have questions about sharing your niece's theme park ticket with her, you can always reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the Existing Tickets phone line for additional assistance. You're also always welcome to revisit us here at planDisney with any other Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions you might have. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,
