Hi Brent, and welcome to planDisney! We’re so glad you stopped by with this question. Your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is just a couple of months away, which means you are also quickly approaching the window to make dining reservations. Let’s not waste any time and get right to it!
Table service dining reservations can be made
60 days in advance. For Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, those reservations can be made 60 days from the check-in date for the entire length of the stay (up to 10 days). Since you are staying at another property, you will need to make each reservation separately 60 days before each dining reservation. The fastest and most convenient way to make dining reservations is online through your
My Disney Experience account. This will allow you to see all restaurants with availability, as well as available times for your selected locations. Reservations open online at 6 a.m. Eastern.
As you get closer to your arrival date, you will also be eligible to reserve
Lightning Lane passes three days in advance of each park visit date. Lightning Lane allows you to skip the standby line and experience shorter wait times. Just be sure you have linked your theme park tickets in My Disney Experience prior to making Lightning Lane reservations. You can begin making reservations at 7 a.m. Eastern.
Brent, I hope this helps you feel prepared to take care of these last magical details of your vacation! Before you know it, you’ll be walking down Main Street, U.S.A. and making unforgettable Disney memories. If you have any more questions,
stop back by and see me. I’m here to help you plan a visit that is “practically perfect in every way!”
Your pal,
Casey
