I’m a mom of two amazing teens, wife, teacher, Disney Vacation Club Member, and world traveler who believes there’s no place quite like Disney. While I’m a Virginia girl at heart (and a proud Virginia Tech Hokie!), I’ve also lived my share of sunny California days and crab-cake-filled Maryland nights as my family moved around the country with the military. Disney has brought me happiness through every chapter of my life. I’ve visited Disney destinations around the world and love discovering the magic that makes each one special. Whether it’s a first visit or a return “home,” I love finding ways to make every trip memorable. When I'm not planning my next Disney vacation, you'll probably find me in the kitchen channeling Tiana and Remy as I experiment with a new recipe or at the theater enjoying Disney on Broadway or another favorite show. About My Family

My parents took me to Walt Disney World for the first time when I was six years old, and Disney has been a special part of my life ever since. I still remember choosing a cherished Snow White souvenir at the Emporium in Magic Kingdom and looking up in awe at Spaceship Earth at Epcot. Passing that tradition down to my own children has brought me endless happiness. They’ve grown up strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. with Mickey ice cream bars in hand and learning about cultures around the world as they explore the World Showcase. My son’s love of Disney stories sparked his imagination early on and inspired his own path as a storyteller. He’s brought many characters to life on stage and is now living his dream studying acting and playwriting in college. My teen daughter is bold, creative, and full of spirit! She’s part Merida’s courage and part Rapunzel’s imagination. She’s always charting her own course and reminding me that every heroine gets to write her own story. Whether we’re exploring a new park around the world or returning to a favorite resort and hearing that special "Welcome Home," watching my children experience the same awe and excitement I once felt reminds me that the magic of Disney is timeless.

About My Disney Experience

Living on both coasts has meant that I've been lucky to spend many fun-filled days at both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. My kids have grown up feeling like both places are their home away from home! With a love for world travel, I’ve also been fortunate to experience Disney magic beyond our coasts. In addition to Walt Disney World and Disneyland, we've visited Aulani, Disneyland Paris, and Tokyo Disney Resort. Each Disney destination holds its own kind of pixie dust, and I have loved discovering the unique charm that makes each one special. Through the years, I’ve learned that a little planning (and a lot of Disney magic!) turns a great trip into an unforgettable one. Whether it’s choosing the perfect resort, savoring iconic meals and snacks, or discovering the special details that create lifelong memories, I’m always looking for ways to make every visit feel brand new.
