Kara from OH Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If I use the bounce back offer and book a reservation myself online and want to modify it at a later date, can I do that myself via the modify button on the website/app or do I need to call customer service to do it for me?

Hiya, Kara, and thanks for bouncing by planDisney! It sounds like you recently enjoyed some time in the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I don't blame you for already looking forward to your next visit. Let's talk about booking another stay; to paraphrase my favorite springing pal, Tigger, Disney Resort Hotels are wonderful things!

Guests have seven days after they check out to take advantage of the Return to the Magic Offer, or the bounceback, as it's often called. Be sure you're logged in to your My Disney Experience account so the system will know you've had a recent stay, and the discount should be applied to your new booking. It's like pixie dust at your fingertips!

According to the offer details, you can modify your reservation online up to 30 days before arrival, giving you flexibility. You can find specific information about eligible dates and resort hotels here to help you choose the best vacation EVER!

You can also give the friendly Cast Members a call at the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line. They can answer any additional questions, and I've found they have fabulous tips and suggestions to help make your booking practically perfect.

Did you know you can add the FREE Dining Plan for Kids to your bounceback stay? We all know how kids, and Pooh Bears, love smackerels! I hope you're able to take advantage of this perk, as well.

Kara, here's to enjoying some Tiggerific fun again soon. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
