The
concierge at the Grand Californian is a wealth of information. They can assist with everything from dining and activities to itinerary planning and special amenities. If you’re looking to speak with a Cast Member at the concierge desk, you can call the main hotel line at (714) 635-2300 and select option 9. This will connect you right away with someone who can assist with your needs. If you need to contact them during your stay, they can also be reached by dialing “0” from any house or Guest room phone 24 hours a day, or by visiting the concierge desk in the lobby.
During your stay, be sure to book a reservation for
Napa Rose! This is a family favorite of mine, and it recently underwent a refurbishment with a whole new menu to kick off its reopening. It’s an experience in itself, with locally and internationally sourced ingredients and a refined menu that truly makes you forget you’re dining at the Disneyland Resort.
