How can I confirm if my ticket hasn’t been used?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Meredith!

I do not blame you for wanting to find out if you have a valid Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket in your possession that has yet to be used! I would want to know, especially if I intend to discard it.

If you have yet to use your tickets, they are valid for admission on or after the date you selected when you initially purchased them and linked them to your My Disney Experience account. To check if the tickets have been used or not, you can go to your My Disney Experience mobile app, select “Tickets and Passes” and “Link Tickets & Passes,” and select “Camera” to scan your ticket or “Type ID.” You can also show your theme park tickets to a Cast Member at the ticket windows, concierge desk, or Guest Relations for in-person assistance.

We will be here if you have additional questions.

    Have a magical time!
