We’re delighted you stopped by planDisney, Hugo!
Thank you for bringing your question our way.
I’m so happy to hear you spent two magical, fantastical days at
Walt Disney World Resort! Just the thought of seeing the
Cinderella Castle gleaming under the blue Florida sky makes my heart feel giddy that you were just there experiencing the magic!
Hugo, I spoke to a friendly Cast Member who informed me that although some older theme park tickets do not expire, newer tickets do. If you recently purchased a
4-Day Ticket with the
Park Hopper Option, allowing you to visit multiple parks during each day, you would have about 7 days to use the entirety of the ticket from the first day’s use. Although wholly unused tickets retain their value, partially used tickets usually expire. For instance, if you purchased a 4-Day Ticket and visited a theme park on October 16, 2023, you will have 7 days, until October 22, 2023, to use the remaining days before they expire.
Since I am unable to look into your account to check whether your ticket has an expiration date, please feel free to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at
Existing Tickets. They will be able to look into your account and help you further.
You can also check to see if your tickets have an expiration on them in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Once you open the app, please tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right (☰). Next, if you choose
Tickets and Passes, this is where your current theme park tickets should be. After locating your ticket, you can check to see if the expiration date is displayed under it.
Once you’re ready to return to the magic, I hope you treat yourself to a Mickey-shaped snack!
Wishing you an enchanting future visit (or two!), Hugo!
