Hello, Ashley! Welcome to planDisney. I’m sorry to hear that you may not be able to visit the parks tomorrow, but don’t worry, there’s some pixie dust built into your
Disneyland park ticket flexibility, and I’m happy to share the details with you.
Disneyland theme park ticket reservations can be modified as long as the ticket has not been used to scan into either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure. To change your reservation date, open the
Disneyland app and tap the “+” sign at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to the Theme Park Reservation screen. From there, select “Make or Modify Reservation.” A web browser will open, allowing you to locate and adjust your theme park reservation.
Typically, Disneyland Resort one-day tickets are valid for 16 months. To find the exact expiration date for your tickets, check the confirmation email you received at purchase. You can also find this information in the Disneyland app by tapping the hamburger icon in the lower right corner, then selecting the "Tickets and Passes" tile. The next screen will display your theme park tickets with the expiration date listed beneath the barcode. If you’re unable to locate the expiration date, a friendly Cast Member at the
Tickets phone line will be happy to assist you. Think of them as your own Fairy Godmother!
Once you’ve rescheduled your Disneyland Resort visit, be sure to check the
Disney Parks schedule for exciting upcoming events. The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival kicks off on February 28, while Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration begins on May 16. These are magical milestones you may want to keep in mind when planning your next visit.
I hope this helps, Ashley! If you have any more questions, visit us here at planDisney—we're always happy to help!
Wishing you a magical day,
David
