I have an unused ticket from January, can I use it in October?

    Hi Leslie,

Welcome to planDisney! We are so glad to see you and learn that you are making plans for a visit to Disneyland Resort.

Pixie dust abounds when it comes to making changes to your theme park admission. If your admission is wholly unused (meaning you have not entered one of the theme parks using your ticket), it may be modified to another date, provided that your new date has theme park reservations available. It simply takes a little faith, trust, and some modification of your reservation

To make this change, you will need to navigate to My Theme Park Reservations to select the theme park reservation you would like to modify and select Modify Reservation. From the available theme park reservations, you can select a new date, then select the theme park you plan to visit, then confirm your change. Leslie, please keep in mind that you will pay the difference if the new date results in a higher ticket cost, and you will not receive a refund if the new date results in a lower ticket cost.

You’ll be flying off to Never Land before you know it! Be sure to stop by one of my favorite Character encounters in Disneyland Park and Meet Tinker Bell in Pixie Hollow. Times are usually limited, so check your Disneyland app when you’re in the park so you don’t miss a chance to meet her.

Leslie, let us know if you have other questions. We love helping other Guests!

    Wishing you pixie-dusted memories,
    Shannon
