I can’t put my tickets into apple wallet because it says two factor identification is not turned on the Disney app, however it is turned on - I checked my settings

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Andrew. I assume you're in the United States now, so welcome to Walt Disney World Resort! I'm sorry you're having trouble setting up Disney MagicMobile Service with your Apple Wallet, so let's look at some options for you to try.

I'd suggest the tried-and-true step of turning your phone off and on; maybe arriving in the States requires a reboot. Open your My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the three lines in the bottom right. Choose the Disney MagicMobile tile and follow the prompts. If you still need help, I have a couple of suggestions.

I chatted with a tech-savvy Cast Member who recommended you call the My Disney Experience line in the US at (407) 934-7639. They can guide you based on the exact messages you're seeing. It could be that location services need to be turned on in your settings, or it might be a problem related to your phone being international.

Another option is to stop by any Guest Relations location at a theme park entrance; they can help you set up MagicMobile on your phone or offer alternatives like a physical ticket. We will get you into the theme parks somehow, Andrew! Please don't worry about that.

I've provided links to the US website since your arrival date is today. You can start here on the Walt Disney World Resort home page to access the Australian website.

Andrew, I'm sending cyber pixie dust so you'll make many magical memories on this visit. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
