I'd suggest the tried-and-true step of turning your phone off and on; maybe arriving in the States requires a reboot. Open your
My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the three lines in the bottom right. Choose the Disney MagicMobile tile and follow the prompts. If you still need help, I have a couple of suggestions.

My Disney Experience line in the US at (407) 934-7639. They can guide you based on the exact messages you're seeing. It could be that location services need to be turned on in your settings, or it might be a problem related to your phone being international.
Another option is to stop by any
Guest Relations location at a theme park entrance; they can help you set up MagicMobile on your phone or offer alternatives like a physical ticket. We will get you into the theme parks somehow, Andrew! Please don't worry about that.
