I have disneyworld tickets for 2 days in November. Im not going to able to make it and as I am away they are non refundable, what are my options?

    Hi Alexis,

Welcome back to planDisney! We are glad to see you again. I’m sorry that you will not be able to make your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Hakuna Matata, no worries!

I have good news for you! You can modify theme park tickets, including your ticket dates. Simply head to the Walt Disney World Website, and under the My Disney Experience tab, log in to your My Disney Experience account, and select My Plans. Select the tickets you need to modify to select a new date for your visit. Just remember, no refund or credit is given if the change results in a lower ticket price.

If you don’t have an alternate date planned, I still have good news, Alexis. The price paid for a wholly unused ticket may be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price at a later date. If you have trouble modifying your ticket, please call the Existing Tickets line and speak with a Cast Member.

Alexis, I hope you can reschedule your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth soon. In the meantime, check out all the exciting recently announced new experiences coming to Walt Disney World on the Disney Parks Blog!

If you have other questions, we hope to see you again at planDisney real soon!

    Remember, you are the magic,
