Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry to hear you had to cancel your initial vacation plans, but I'm hoping you're already on your way to planning a new trip.
Based on the current cancellation policy, if you cancel a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation package that includes a Disney resort room & tickets more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you'll be refunded in full to your original form of payment. If the package cancellation is made between 2 and 29 days prior to your arrival, you'd be refunded minus the deposit amount, while cancellations or no-shows made 1 day or less are considered non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, so if you paid using multiple Disney Gift Cards the amounts paid will be returned to those cards. When I'm using multiple Disney Gift Cards I like to add them to
DisneyGiftCard.com and transfer the balances to one card. This also helps me in the event one of my cards is lost, as I can easily move the balance to another Disney Gift Card in my possession.
If you no longer have any of the gift cards that you used to book your vacation available I'd recommend reaching out to a Reservation Specialist by phone at 407-560-2428 for additional assistance. You can also reach out to
Disney Rewards Customer Service by phone if you have further questions about
managing your Disney Reward Dollars or using your Disney Rewards Redemption Card.
