    Can I cancel my last day on my hotel resort after I’ve checked in? And would I get my money back?

    Welcome to planDisney, Hollie! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today.

    Changes can be made to your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservations for no fee up to five days before your check-in day if you have only booked a room, or up to 30 days before your check-in if you have booked a vacation package. Since you have already checked in to your Resort Hotel, it may not be possible to make changes to your reservation since your vacation is already in progress. If you have questions about your reservation, I recommend talking to the Front Desk at your Resort Hotel and seeing what options are available for you, or you can call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and ask for more information there. Both the Front Desk and the hotline will have access to all the information about your booking and they will be able to help you make the most informed decision about what to do about your reservation.
