If we buy tickets from a third party, can we still qualify to register for a DAS pass?

    Hi Jennifer,

Disney World has gone above and beyond to ensure that every guest, regardless of ability, can fully enjoy the magic. To help you plan a truly enchanting visit, be sure to explore their detailed website and the Accessibility Planning Guide, which highlight services designed to meet a variety of needs.

Regardless of where your tickets are purchased, you can still qualify for all of the services that Disney World offers to guests with disabilities. Before you call to register for Disability Access Service (DAS), you will need to make sure that your tickets are attached to your My Disney Experience account so the cast member can see that you have an upcoming visit planned. To add your third-party tickets, you’ll need the confirmation number or full ticket number. I recommend doing this as soon as possible to ensure everything is running smoothly. Here’s how to link your tickets:

    - Log in to the My Disney Experience app.
    - Tap the three stacked lines in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
    - Select “My Tickets and Passes.”
    - Choose “Link Tickets and Passes” and enter your confirmation number to connect your ticket to your account.

One such service is the Disability Access Service (DAS), created specifically for guests who, due to a disability, cannot wait in traditional lines for extended periods. This includes those with developmental disabilities such as autism. To determine eligibility, you’ll need to participate in a live video chat with a Disney Cast Member before your visit. Here’s how you can get started:

    - Visit the DAS registration page up to 30 days before your trip.
    - Log in to the My Disney Experience account of the person managing the DAS request.
    - Select “Request Live Video Chat” to begin the process.
    - During the chat, a Cast Member will assess eligibility and take a photo of the guest to whom the - DAS will be assigned. If you’re registering for someone else, such as a family member, ensure they are present during the call to keep the process smooth and magical.

With Disney’s thoughtful accommodations and a little bit of planning, your family is sure to have a magical and stress-free adventure, making memories to treasure forever!

    Happy Planning,
    Jenna
