Welcome to planDisney, Lissa! I'm so pleased to be able to answer your question today.
You're right on the money, Lissa! When you book a
one-day ticket, you are purchasing your admission to a specific Theme Park, so the
Disney Park Pass reservation process happens during that transaction. If you want to check to see that your reservations are in place, you can do that in the
My Disney Experience app. Tap the main menu in the bottom right corner, and then select the "Future Plans" tile. You will be taken right to a screen that will show you the date of your upcoming visit and which Theme Park you have reserved for that day! I like to take a screenshot of this screen so I always have my reservation available in case there's a tech hiccup and it doesn't display in the app when I need it.
It should all be quite simple and straightforward, but if you don't see a Theme Park reservation in My Disney Experience, go ahead and
call the hotline for Existing Tickets and a friendly Disney Cast Member will help you locate your Disney Park Pass reservation and get it all squared away for you.
I hope this answers your question, Lissa, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
