I have bought tickets for 9 people and added them all to my friends and family. How can they each have their own account to see things as well? When they input their ticket info it says ticket is already being used by another account

Hey howdy hey, Michelle! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question. You'll be at Walt Disney World Resort in a flash, so let's look at how you can assign theme park tickets to guests in your Family & Friends list.

As long as everyone has their own My Disney Experience Account and is sharing plans with you, you should be able to assign theme park tickets to them. Tap the My Tickets & Passes tile in your mobile app on the Welcome screen. You can scroll through your tickets at the top, and any unused tickets should have a "Reassign Ticket" option near the bottom. You can click that to see a list of guests you're sharing plans with and choose the guest to whom you'd like to assign that ticket. You'll be enjoying the magic together in no time!

If you need help, please contact the My Disney Experience team. Cast Members can see your account information and help you with those tickets. You can also stop by Guest Relations at any theme park entrance or head to the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs for assistance after you arrive.

Wow! A party of nine sounds like a real...party! A few years ago, I planned a trip for ten ladies, and we made some lifelong memories together. My tip is to purchase Memory Maker to give you unlimited digital downloads of all pictures taken by Disney PhotoPass Photographers. The guest who buys it can then share images with the group. This will include many attraction photos which can be hilarious souvenirs of your trip.

Michelle, I hope I've given you some steps to try to get everyone ready for some Disney magic! Please stop by planDisney anytime, and have a fabulous vacation.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
