Hey there, hi there, ho there, Alyssa! Thanks for stopping by planDisney on your way to
Walt Disney World Resort. You can celebrate our country's birthday while enjoying a DOLE Whip®...does it get any better than that? I'm sorry you've hit a technical glitch, so let's do some troubleshooting to get your theme park tickets linked to your Prince Charming.
If your boyfriend has his own MyDisney Account, you can invite him to
share plans so that you'll appear on each other's Family & Friends list. My pal Samantha walks you through the process of sharing plans
in this excellent answer. Once you're synced up, you're ready to link his ticket.
To assign his ticket, tap the My Tickets & Passes tile in your mobile app and swipe until you see the ticket you want to link. You should see a blue "Reassign Ticket" icon below the ticket, so tap that to see a list of eligible guests on your Family & Friends list. Select your favorite fella, and you'll be all set to head to the parks for some fun!
It's important to remember that once a guest has used a ticket, it's nontransferable and nonrefundable—just like a boyfriend! If you need additional help, please call the
My Disney Experience team. Cast Members can see your account information and ticket type to walk you through assigning that ticket.
During your trip, I hope you check out
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios. I'm a much bigger fan of this franchise than my husband, but he still enjoys this land's ambiance and immersive theming. You'll truly feel like you've traveled across the galaxy! I recommend the Cold Brew Black Caf at
Kat Saka's Kettle for a refreshing coffee treat. Til the Spires!
Alyssa, I hope I've helped get your theme park tickets ready to roll. Please stop by
planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
