Hiya, Lynn! You'll be soaking up some
Walt Disney World Resort pixie dust in a matter of hours, so "Eeek!" is precisely what I'd be saying! Let's start your summer with a bang by talking about time in the theme parks.
Although I can't see your account information, it sounds like you chose a start date when you bought your ticket. This would mean you have
date-based admission and do not have to make theme park reservations. With date-based tickets, you can head to whichever theme park you like.
To be sure, I recommend you call the
Existing Tickets line because they can see what type of admission is linked to your account. You could also try to make a theme park reservation online or in your mobile app; the system will only allow you to make a reservation if your ticket requires one.
If you have a standard 2-day ticket with July 1 as your start date, you can visit the parks any two days through July 4. Remember that this is a holiday in the US, so I suggest starting your day early to beat the crowd. This could be one of those rare times when the parks reach capacity, so the early bird catches the fun!
EPCOT has become my favorite park, so I hope you plan to spend some time there. You can join the virtual queue for
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at 7:00 AM and save the galaxy in style! To reward yourself, try the Croque Glacé in the France Pavilion's
L'Artisan des Glaces. This creamy ice cream treat is nestled inside a toasted brioche bun. It's the perfect way to cool off on a warm Florida day.
Lynn, I know you'll make some magical memories on this visit. Please stop by
planDisney anytime so we can be excited with you. We speak "Eeek" fluently!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
