You’re right in that guests staying at the Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs Resort Area are
eligible for Early Entry into the theme parks at this time. Such a huge perk! But in order for your mornings at the park to go smoothly, I would make sure your hotel stay is connected to your My Disney Experience account before your arrival.
If you’re having trouble linking it by using the app, I’d try logging onto your
My Disney Experience account online to link it there. After you log onto your account, click My Plans in the My Disney Experience drop-down menu, hover over Resort Hotel, and then click Link a Reservation.
It’s good to note that you’ll want everyone in your travel party to be connected via your
Family & Friends List prior to linking your hotel reservation.
If it still doesn’t link, I recommend calling the hotel directly to see if they can assist you with your confirmation number or call the
My Disney Experience phone number.
You’ll also want to make sure you have all of your park tickets linked to your account. This will help make entry a breeze, and it will also allow you to purchase and book your
Lightning Lane services if you plan to.
If you have date-based park tickets, your Lightning Lane booking window will open at 7 AM Eastern, 3 days prior to the start date of your park tickets.
