Hey there Avery,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question!
Typically when you book travel to the Disneyland Resort through a 3rd party, you would need to receive your ticket information from that entity. Ultimately, I would recommend you reach out directly to their customer service or the person you worked with to get more direct information on when to expect this information.
However, one thing to double check is the
My Plans hub. When you purchase
theme park tickets directly through the Disneyland Resort website, they are automatically linked to your MyDisney account and show up here on the My Plans hub. Therefore, I would double check to see if the organization you purchased your package through has maybe already linked the tickets for you.
If you don't see them there, then again I would recommend reaching out directly to the person you booked your package through to get more information.
As you continue to plan your trip for late this month, make sure to also check out the
Disney Parks Blog for more information on what's happening around the parks! It looks like you're planning your visit right around the time that some new
Star Wars merchandise will be rolling out for Star Wars day (May 4th).
Thanks again for your question, Avery! I hope you enjoy your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
