Disney Parks Blog for official updates. It's often the first place you'll find announcements about vacation package availability, along with exciting news about seasonal entertainment, special events, and other offerings that may be taking place during your visit.
Theme park tickets are another important part of your planning. Historically, Disneyland Resort tickets have become available up to 180 days in advance, although that timeline can vary. With a March 2027 vacation in mind, you'll want to begin checking for ticket availability around September 2026. The Theme Park Tickets section of the Disneyland website is always the best place to find the most current ticket options as they become available.
As you continue planning, you may also want to consider adding
Lightning Lane Multi Pass to your visit. This optional service lets you access Lightning Lane entrances at select attractions, helping you spend more time experiencing the magic and less time waiting in line. You can purchase Multi Pass before your visit or on the day you arrive, then begin making selections in the
Disneyland app once you've entered the park.
My family and I especially enjoy using Lightning Lane Multi Pass on busier days. It makes it easier to experience favorite attractions like Space Mountain and Haunted Mansion while still leaving plenty of time to slow down and enjoy the little moments, whether that's browsing the shops along Main Street, U.S.A. or relaxing over a meal at Carnation Café.
