planDisney! Technology is so great when it works properly. And then there are other times. Let’s see if we can sort it out so you can get back to planning for your trip. June 1st is not far off. I’ll bet you’re pumped!
Locating and linking your tickets sort of depends on where you purchased them. If you’ve already gone to the
Disneyland Mobile App, pressed the (☰), then “Tickets & Passes,” and you still can’t see them, we’ll have to check off a few possibilities. If you have a ticket number, press the blue (+) in the upper-right corner of the Tickets & Passes page in your Disneyland Mobile app. Press the button that says “Link Tickets & Passes,” and type in the ticket number. This may link your ticket, and you’re set.
If you purchased your tickets as a
Disneyland Vacation Package, you most likely have park reservations that you can see in the app by pressing the (☰) and scrolling down to “Future Plans.” If this is the case, the answer is patience. Guests report that the actual tickets won’t be visible in your app until about three days before the date of your visit. This is also true if you purchased tickets while making reservations through a
Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel or a third-party wholesale club.
The most important part is the
park reservation. If you have the park reservations, the tickets should be there a few days before the trip. If they’re not, or if you want to double-check that everything is in order, you can always call the
ticket phone line to speak to a friendly cast member.
Jennifer, this is going to be an excellent trip! Did you know that the
Galaxy’s Edge Timeline Expansion takes place in just a couple of days? That means that you’ll be able to see your favorite characters from episodes IV through VI! Just stare deep into Princess Leia’s eyes and say, “I know.” By the time you arrive, the
new mission on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run will have already launched into action. The new mission will feature Mando and Grogu. This is the way!
