Where can I book my lightning lane selections?

    Welcome to planDisney, Francisco!

Lightning Lane Multi Pass can be a game-changer when it comes to maximizing your Disney day! I’m happy to walk you through how to book your selections, and toss in a helpful Q-Tip while I’m at it!

To reserve a Lightning Lane return time, open the Disneyland app and tap "Rides, Shows & Lightning Lane Entry" from the main menu. This will take you to the Tip Board, where you’ll find current standby wait times and Lightning Lane return times for each attraction. Tap "Select" for the attraction you’d like to reserve and follow the prompts to confirm.

Here’s an important note: Not all attractions are included in Lightning Lane Multi Pass, so I recommend using the filter option to display only eligible experiences. Currently, there are 23 attractions available with Lightning Lane Multi Pass, including fan-favorites like Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, The Incredicoaster, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!

Now, here’s your Lightning Lane Q-tip! You can potentially hold more than one Lightning Lane reservation at a time. Once you’ve booked your first reservation, you can grab another one either when your current return time is used or after two hours have passed, whichever comes first. For example, if you book a Matterhorn Bobsleds reservation at 9:00 a.m. for 4:00 p.m., you’ll be able to reserve another ride (like Haunted Mansion) at 11:00 a.m. without losing your Matterhorn spot.

To stay on top of your reservations, I recommend setting a phone or watch alarm to remind you when it's time to book again.

Lastly, don’t forget to combine the magic of early park arrival with the power of Lightning Lane Multi Pass. The first couple of hours after park opening are a golden window of opportunity for experiencing popular attractions with shorter wait times. After that, your Lightning Lane Multi Pass will help you keep the fun going with minimal delays. My family swears by this strategy. We always start our day with a thrilling ride on Space Mountain before setting off to explore the rest of Tomorrowland.

I hope these tips help you have a fantastic Disney day, Francisco! If you have any more questions or would like additional Lightning Lane advice, please visit me or any of the other panelists here at planDisney again.

    Have the most wonderful time,
    David
