Disney World is on the calendar. Sometimes life just changes our plans, and that’s okay.
Let’s jump right into your question. For a room-only reservation, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit as long as you cancel at least 8 days prior to your arrival date. You can easily cancel or modify your reservation by logging into your
My Disney Experience account and selecting “My Plans.” From there, just choose to modify or cancel your reservation. You can also call a friendly Cast Member with
Tickets and Hotel Reservations if you prefer a little extra help.
One important thing to keep in mind is that canceling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel any
dining reservations or other experiences you may have booked. So, be sure to go back into your plans and cancel those separately so everything is taken care of.
