    Can I apply an Onboard Booking Placeholder and Discount to a cruise I book online, or do I need to wait on hold on the phone? Thanks.

    I'm so glad you took advantage of the Onboard Booking Offer during your last cruise. These "placeholder" offers are among my favorite Disney Cruise Line souvenirs! Now that you are ready to put yours to work, let's get started!

    To redeem your offer, you need to give Disney Cruise Line a call. A reservation Cast Member will assist you with turning that placeholder into a vacation! Remember to review the Terms and Conditions, along with possible blockout dates before calling. I know call wait times have been long this week with new Summer 2025 bookings, but I've enjoyed listening to all the Disney classic songs while on hold.
