About Me

As a dreamer and a doer, I believe that adventure is out there! I'm a wife and empty-nester mom of two. I'm a church pastor, and like Mirabel of Encanto fame, I'm passionate about helping people discover ways to use their gifts for good in the world. I serve on the boards of several non-profit organizations and have the privilege of leading groups on service experiences around the world. My friends and family joke that my passport is always burning a hole in my pocket, and they aren't wrong! I love to travel, experience new places, meet new people, and I'll try any food you put in front of me. Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World Resort are among my favorite ways to explore because there is always something new to see, do, eat or drink!

 

About My Family

I share life's greatest adventures with my Disney-loving husband, who introduced me to Walt Disney World Resort on our honeymoon. Disney may have been started by a Mouse, but my Disney experience was started by my spouse! We are running half-marathons in all fifty states, and we have our sights set on hiking Mount Kilimanjaro to celebrate our retirement. 

As a mom of two grown daughters who live on opposite U.S. coasts, I know the truth of the saying, "the days are long, and the years are short." I'm grateful that my girls grew up making precious memories to last a lifetime and that they continue to love Walt Disney World Resort vacations as adults. Though our time together is limited due to living apart, we still take every opportunity to travel together as a family and continue to make magical memories together!

About My Disney Experience

My love for Walt Disney World Resort began on my honeymoon and has grown sweeter ever since! I am lucky enough to live just a six-hour road trip away from Walt Disney World, so my annual pass gets a lot of mileage as I explore the new and nostalgic at my home away from home.

Once upon a time, I was a reluctant cruiser but that all changed after my first Disney Cruise Line vacation! Since then, I am always daydreaming about my next voyage! Onboard you will find me enjoying the adult-exclusive areas and activities (ask me about Beverage Seminars and Tastings!), sampling the entire menu of the Rotational Dining venues, posing for pictures with Captain Mickey or First Mate Goofy, and having the best sleep ever in the luxurious Disney Cruise Line staterooms, and so much more.

My affinity for discovery has taken me on Disney Destination adventures to Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line vacations. These magical experiences remind me what it's like as a first-time Guest planning a Disney vacation and help me better assist fellow guests like you in making your Disney vacation dreams come true!
