Hi Ellen! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
Mistakes happen! But I have good news for you:
Standard admission tickets that don't require the Guest to present a government-issued photo ID don't need to have the correct name attached to them. Specially discounted tickets that require an ID to prove eligibility would be the only reason you'd need to worry about the mix-up. Tickets are non-transferable, but you'll be tied to your ticket once you've scanned into the park with a quick photo rather than by name. So, you probably are good to go! I hope that gives you peace of mind.
However, if it bothers you or you do need to show ID, it is possible to get it fixed. Unfortunately, it's not a change you can make yourself online. You'll need to call the
Tickets phone line and speak with a friendly Cast Member who can adjust it for you. It shouldn't take long!
You're visiting during one of the most magical times of the year, the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. From decor to Characters in holiday costumes, the parks will be in the spirit, and you can enjoy seasonal treats and iconic Attraction overlays, as well as explore all the special entertainment! What's topping your must-do list? Mine is always "it's a small world" Holiday in Fantasyland at Disneyland Park. I pair a ride with a good spot nearby to watch the Christmas Fantasy Parade.
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
