How can I access my e-tickets. I don’t have any confirmation email but I do have the confirmation on the Disneyland app.

Greetings, Hector, glad you found us!

Looks like you're heading out to the Disneyland Resort in just a few days and I'm here to confirm how you can link your tickets to your Disneyland app

First things first, you'll want to make sure that your email linked to your Disney account and Disneyland app are the same.

    • Once you've logged into your account on the app, you'll see three bars on the bottom right of the navigation.
    • Tap the three bars and it should open up a page that has a button "My Tickets and Passes" on the top left.
    • Tap "My Tickets and Passes" and you'll see all the tickets that are linked to your Disney account. If your tickets are not linked, you'll want to double check the spam/junk folder of your Disney account email.
    • Assuming you purchased directly from Disney (not a third party) and using the correct Disney account, you are sent an email confirmation and receipt to link the tickets. Your tickets should auto populate in your account, and therefore show up in the app. If they are still not showing up, you will want to contact Ticket Services.
    • Head back to the three bars menu, tap and scroll to "Future Plans."
    • Tap "Future Plans" to confirm and view your upcoming theme park reservation.
    • When it's time to head to the park, you'll open up your app and go back to Tickets and Passes and show your ticket barcode to scan for entry.

Want to know an easy and convenient way to access your admission tickets and scan hands-free? Grab a MagicBand+! You can link them to your Disney account and then use them to scan into the parks! They're also fun to collect and can be used at Walt Disney World Resort and on a Disney Cruise Line vacation. When you arrive, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will still be in motion, but it ends April 22, so be sure to check out the festival kiosks throughout along with live entertainment and special merchandise. At Disneyland Park, Star Wars Season of the Force has begun and runs through June 2. It's an intergalactic experience with new food and beverage offerings and of course limited-time magical merchandise!

I hope this information helps you, Hector. I am wishing you a magical visit. Reach out again with any questions in the future, we're here to help.

    Adventure awaits!
