Welcome to planDisney, Balpreet, and thank you for this important question. The world has "somehow shifted," as Rapunzel would sing, and it's still sometimes challenging to keep up with the latest policies regarding the pandemic. But we're here to help straighten it all out, so you'll be ready for your magical visit to
Disneyland Resort in just a few weeks.
Although Mother Gothel warned that one way or another, something will go wrong out in the world, we're finally starting to see the light, Balpreet. Currently, Disneyland Resort does not require guests to provide COVID-19 testing or vaccination documentation. Therefore, no one in your party will need to provide any medical documentation to enter the theme parks, so let your hair down and enjoy your visit!
The
current guidelines still caution that if you test positive for COVID-19 or are under quarantine, you should not enter the parks, and you can always double-check the latest guidelines before your trip. If the pandemic taught us anything, it's to be prepared and ready for changes. But I'm sending pixie dust from my tower so you and your family can stay healthy and enjoy your vacation at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Your visit will be during the May the Fourth celebration, so may the Force be with you! In addition to hanging out in
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, I hope you check out the Star Wars overlay that transforms Space Mountain into
Hyperspace Mountain at
Disneyland Park. I visited the attraction far, far away last year, and I highly recommend it. Also, remember to make the
required Theme Park Reservations for each day you visit the parks.
I hope I helped your questions get unTangled, Balpreet. Please
stop by planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
