How do you write letters to Disney characters? because i wrote one to Ernesto de la Cruz, wanting him to come do meet and greets at Walt Disney World in Florida, I’m getting worried

Welcome to planDisney, Zoe, and though I have to travel far, I'm happy to help you reach out to your favorite Disney crooner. I'm also a fan of the film Coco, and I love to hate that rascal Ernesto de la Cruz!

My pal Prince offers some excellent advice for writing letters to our Disney friends, and he suggests you include a self-addressed stamped envelope for the best chance of getting a reply.

While there's no guarantee our beloved guitar player will respond, at least he will know how passionate you are about meeting him at Walt Disney World Resort.

You can send your letter to:
    Ernesto de la Cruz
    c/o Walt Disney World Communications
    PO Box 10040
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040

I don't know if Ernesto de la Cruz will ever make the journey to Florida, but I'll be beside you, cheering him on if he does. Just call me un poco loco!

The characters who visit the theme parks are constantly changing, but the best way to check out where to see them is in your My Disney Experience Mobile App.

Just tap the map icon at the bottom of the screen, and then tap the drop-down menu at the top to sort by "Characters."

You can choose a specific theme park to search, and I like to tap "Show List" in the upper right corner to see a list of current characters.

I'm sending glowing petals and alebrijes in hopes that Ernesto sings a secret song and replies to your letter, Zoe. Please keep me posted, and stop by planDisney anytime.

    Remember me,
    Elaine
