Hi Rachel!
Welcome back to planDisney, thanks for your question!
I know that being able to wear a little one is super helpful when you're in the parks, and I used to do it myself often. However, I checked out the carrier you mentioned (super cool, by the way) and it looks like it is larger than the dimensions allowed for backpacks and bags in the parks. The
park rules require backpacks to be no larger than larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high and the specs I can see online for your carrier are outside of the limit. Sorry about that!
A structured backpack like your carrier would be quite difficult to manage on attractions. Instead, I would recommend a soft structured baby carrier that you could keep in your stroller basket when you aren't using it.
In my experience, the most important thing you can bring to the park to keep little ones comfortable is a good stroller! There are some limits (strollers that are greater than 31" in width and 52" in length are prohibited, and wagons are not allowed) but there are so many great strollers out there that easily meet park requirements. Look for one with a great sunshade (or bring a light blanket to drape) that can recline a bit for naps.
My favorite spot for tiny Mouseketeers in the parks right now is
Mickey's Toontown! There's lots of space to stretch your legs and so many interactive features to explore. Plus, you never know who might be wandering around the neighborhood to say "Hiya Pal!" On our last trip, Pluto was out for a walk and came to relax with us on the grass for a while. My kids were so excited!
Luck favors the prepared, Rachel! Please let us know if you have other questions as you get ready for your trip. I hope you have a fantastic visit!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
