I just checked for available dining reservations at
Cafe Orleans, and you're right, for some reason there is no availability for July 10 at the current time. I did chat with a Cast Member to make sure I wasn't missing anything, and she said it may just be a very busy day, and recommended to keep checking back.
There are times when
dining reservations do not become available right at 60 days in advance, so I also recommend to keep checking back all the way up to your trip! Reservations could become available, and I have had luck securing last minute reservations closer to my trip dates.
Another option would be to see if Cafe Orleans is offering
mobile dine walk-up availability that day. Open up the Disneyland app, and you can check to see if Cafe Orleans or other restaurants are offering Guests the option to join their mobile walk-up list. If you're able to add your party to the walk-up list, you'll be able to confirm the details for your party and will receive a notification when your table is ready.
