    We'd like to go to Whispering Canyon for lunch and would like to order the steak dinner. The menu I looked at showed the Whispering Canyon only offers steak at dinner? Can we order steak for lunch if it is not on the menu?

    Hi, Deb!  If something is not on the menu, it really is going to be up to the Chef or restaurant staff to determine whether or not they can accommodate a request.  It may just not be possible, due to the kitchen staging for lunch. 



    If your heart is set on the steak dinner, I'd say you should switch the reservation to dinner to make sure you can have the wonderful steak meal at Whispering Canyon.  If you want to go to the restaurant the day of your reservation and ask before you are seated if your request can be accommodated, just have a back up plan in place in case it's just not possible.
