Can you wear crocs on all rides?

    Hiya Sheila!

Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to answer your question as I am a proud Crocs wearer and love wearing them on my trips to Walt Disney World Resort.

Crocs are just like any other sandal or piece of footwear which are welcome to be worn by Guests throughout the Parks and at all attractions. The only shoes that are restricted in the Parks as per the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules are shoes with built-in wheels. There is one attraction though that could be difficult when wearing Crocs and that is Soarin' Around the World. It is a ride where Guests are lifted and have their feet dangling. I recently rode this with my Crocs and had no issue once I put them on "sport mode" and kept my feet still. "Sport mode" in Crocs is when you put the strap behind your foot to make it more secure. Once you are back on solid ground you can return to "relaxed mode" and continue on your day.

As with all shoes and footwear, watch where you step and stay safe!

    Happy Planning!

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
