Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Meagan, you're as welcome as can be at planDisney!
I had to grab your question because the Resorts are my jam! In general, the
Disney Resort Hotel Collection offers connecting and adjoining rooms, but they are limited and not guaranteed. You can make a request in your
My Disney Experience app, or if you are working with a Disney-authorized travel planner, they can include the request. I suggest you
call once you have your booking, as the Cast Members are known to go above and beyond to try and accommodate!
In the meantime, let's talk options so that you have
the best chance at enjoying the magic together both in and out of the parks:
Family Suites: Disney's All-Star Music and
Art of Animation Resort have Family Suites that sleep up to 6. This option is the most budget-friendly.
Moderate Resorts: Disney's Coronado Springs Resort has Casitas that sleep up to 6 people.
Port Orleans - Riverside and
Caribbean Beach Resort also have "5th-Sleeper" rooms where you have two queen beds and a Murphy bed. We are a family of five, and the Murphy bed is always my daughter's pick!
Deluxe Resorts: Each Resort has rooms that sleep up to 5 adults, and some have Suites that sleep up to 6.
Deluxe Villa Resorts: All offer Villas that sleep large parties. I'd suggest a Deluxe Studio, which is the least expensive option and sleeps up to 5. My favorite studios are at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. I highly recommend the
Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort or
Saratoga Springs' Treehouse Villas for pure fun. Both offer a unique outdoor adventure and the amenities of a full kitchen while sleeping 6+ people.
Meagan, if you have any other questions, don't hesitate to return. Good luck picking your magical Resort!
