Hello there, Joanna!
Welcome to planDisney. We are thrilled to answer your question and help you plan a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
I am happy to share that
Disney transportation is complementary for all Guests. That means you are welcome to explore transportation options as you visit the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels, and Disney Springs, including
water transportation.
Exploring Disney transportation is one of my favorite things to do. My girls are big fans of the
Disney Skyliner and the iconic
Disney Monorail, and I always take the chance to sail around on the water taxis, ferryboats, and FriendShip Boats. We always plan a non-park day to enjoy complimentary transportation and travel between the theme parks and Disney Resort hotels.
We like making dining reservations at a restaurant located at a Disney Resort hotel and then taking advantage of Disney transportation to explore the area, especially when the resort is near different transportation options. For example, we like having breakfast at
Trattoria al Forno at Disney’s BoardWalk, taking a water taxi to EPCOT after our meal, and then taking the Disney Skyliner all the way to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Disney’s Pop Century and back to EPCOT. I also like using water transportation to travel from Disney Springs to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter to stop by
Scat Cat’s Club – Café for their famous beignets.
I hope this information is helpful, Joanna. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
