Hello, Mary! I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question.
Mary,
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is one of my favorite places to stay at Walt Disney World. I love the onsite dining options like
Banana Cabana pool bar and
Sebastian's Bistro and of course, the access to the Disney Skyliner is fantastic!
Now, Mary, the
Disney Skyliner is a wonderful way to soar through the skies on your way to the park, however, this mode of transportation ONLY travels to
EPCOT and
Disney's Hollywood Studios. If you are exploring either of those parks, the Disney Skyliner from your resort is a great option. From Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, you will find
complimentary bus service to both Magic Kingdom Park and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
While my family and I always use Disney transportation (I love leaving my keys in my suitcase), you are welcome to drive to any park you wish.
(Please note that at Magic Kingdom Park, you are not able to park at the entrance. Parking is at the Transportation and Ticket Center. You then would arrive at the park entrance by monorail or ferry. When visiting Magic Kingdom Park I always use the bus transportation because it eliminates a stop and drops you off close to the entrance.) Mary, at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, you'll find
6 bus stops spread out throughout the resort.
I hope this helps as you're planning ahead! Please come on back to planDisney with any additional questions you might have. We would be happy to assist you again.
Lauren
